Primary chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction is a rare condition characterized by the symptoms and sings of the functional intestinal obstruction due to intestinal motility dysfunction in the abscence of an anatomic obstruction. Megacystis
associated
with primary chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction is very rare. Herein we report a case of megacystis associated with primary chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction.
